    Essential Functions:

    • Represent the company’s vision, mission, and values.

    • Educate and consult on funding options, including debt and non-debt options, collateral, credit, and terms.

    • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to onboarding and final installation.

    • Build trust-based relationships with Franchise Brokers, Franchisors, and referral sources.

  • TFG Valuation Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Summer Valuation Analyst. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have a general understanding of valuation practices, and have experience in analyzing financial statements. The candidate should possess strong integrity and uphold themselves to the highest ethical standards, as you will be working with sensitive financial information provided by our clients.  

    What You will be doing:

    • Review and spread financial statements provided by clients using the valuation software

    • Conduct industry analysis through RMA and IRS statement studies for appropriate company peer group comparison

    • Construct appropriate discount rates 

    • Analyze cash flow and market multiple models

    • Actively engage the director of valuation services and assist in other areas as needed
