Lindsey Lair

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Lindsey joined Tenet Financial Group in 2013 as a member of the Client Services team; opening new accounts and processing ROBS/401(k) documents, and handling state and IRS documentation. With her background in human resources and administrative management duties, Lindsey played a vital role in client onboarding and initial set-up. As the Director of Operations, she oversees billing, payroll, daily operational tasks, and the Client Service team.

Residing in Springfield, Missouri, she and her husband, Greg, have three adult sons.
