Steve, a Baylor Business graduate with double majors in Marketing and Risk Management and Insurance, comes to us from Texas. He spent 12 years in the insurance industry, handling investments, sales, and claims. In 2011, Steve and his wife launched a children's shoe business. In 2014, he became a consultant for Neighborly, guiding franchise owners in business management. After Neighborly, he helped entrepreneurs secure financing, mainly through SBA loans, for three years. Steve joined us in September as a Senior Consultant to grow Tenet Financial Group's SBA and vehicle/equipment lease programs while supporting the ROBS program.

Steve loves outdoor activities, construction, farming, and gardening. He enjoys church, reading, and volunteering, including mission work in Peru and prison ministry. He is married with two children.
